Homeschool Hangout

Homeschooling families are invited to join us for our Homeschool Hangout program. We’ll have STEM toys, and logic games available as well as a guided activity to follow along with if you choose.

Monroe One Educational Services: This page gives an overview of New York’s homeschooling requirements, highlights the key documentation families need to submit, and includes a short list of helpful resources at the end.

Coalition for Responsible Home Education: The Coalition for Responsible Home Education (CRHE) is a nonprofit organization founded by homeschool alumni to advocate for the rights and well-being of homeschooled children. It offers research, policy analysis, and resources to promote child-centered, evidence-based homeschooling practices and to ensure that homeschooled students receive a quality education in a safe environment.

Local school districts may have special rules and procedures you need to follow in order to homeschool.
